We are a pioneer in renewable energy with over 15 years of expertise. Our strategic expansion aims to strengthen our Wind Energy R&D vertical, seeking passionate professionals to lead innovation in turbine engineering, design, and manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead performance and structural analysis of wind turbine blades, including aerodynamic and fatigue simulations.
  • Conduct testing for extreme load cases and ensure compliance with global certification standards (IEC/DNV).
  • Define and manage blade manufacturing processes from layup to QA/QC and finishing.
  • Support prototype development, testing, and installation, driving continuous process improvements.
  • Design mechanical subsystems (hub bearings, pitch/yaw systems, drivetrain components) and integrate into nacelle assemblies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and supply chain partners to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of wind turbine design, analysis, and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in ANSYS, BLADED, HAWC2, Flex5, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo.
  • Experience in composite materials, lean practices, machining, drivetrain dynamics.
  • Familiarity with certification standards (IEC/DNV).
