We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wind Turbine Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead innovation in turbine engineering, design, and manufacturing technologies.

About the Job

">

This role involves leading performance and structural analysis of wind turbine blades, including aerodynamic and fatigue simulations. You will also be responsible for conducting testing for extreme load cases and ensuring compliance with global certification standards (IEC/DNV).

You will define and manage blade manufacturing processes from layup to QA/QC and finishing. Additionally, you will support prototype development, testing, and installation, driving continuous process improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Lead performance and structural analysis of wind turbine blades, including aerodynamic and fatigue simulations.">
  • Conduct testing for extreme load cases and ensure compliance with global certification standards (IEC/DNV).">
  • Define and manage blade manufacturing processes from layup to QA/QC and finishing.">
  • Support prototype development, testing, and installation, driving continuous process improvements.">
  • Design mechanical subsystems (hub bearings, pitch/yaw systems, drivetrain components) and integrate into nacelle assemblies.">

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in wind turbine engineering.">
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.">
  • Experience with global OEMs such as Vestas, Suzlon, Siemens Gamesa, Inox, Envision, or Senvion is preferred.">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.">

Desired Skills & Tools

">

You will have strong knowledge of wind turbine design, analysis, and manufacturing, as well as proficiency in ANSYS, BLADED, HAWC2, Flex5, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo. Experience in composite materials, lean practices, machining, drivetrain dynamics is also required.
