Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will lead the design and development of wind turbine blades, responsible for performance and structural analysis, aerodynamic and fatigue simulations, testing for extreme load cases, and ensuring compliance with global certification standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance and structural analysis of wind turbine blades.
  • Conduct aerodynamic and fatigue simulations.
  • Ensure compliance with global certification standards.
  • Define and manage blade manufacturing processes.
  • Support prototype development, testing, and installation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ANSYS, BLADED, HAWC2, Flex5, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo. Knowledge of composite materials, lean practices, machining, drivetrain dynamics.

Professional Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in wind turbine engineering. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Relevant certifications such as IEC/DNV.
