Job Overview:
- Lead and support the Order-to-Cash process, encompassing order management, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and customer returns.
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules in both ECC and S/4HANA environments to optimize business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions that meet business needs.
- Work on integration points with MM, FI, and LE modules to ensure seamless workflow.
- Support innovation initiatives such as Fiori apps, embedded analytics, and simplification items in S/4HANA.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements to improve system performance.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Document business processes and provide training to end-users to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations or support.
- Strong configuration skills in order types, pricing procedures, delivery, billing, and credit management.
- Good understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FI, LE).
- Experience in preparing functional specs and working with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP SD or S/4HANA certification is an asset.
