As a trusted partner in delivering high-quality services, we seek an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team. This key role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain robust systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and operate scalable infrastructure using industry-standard tools like Terraform or Crossplane.
  • Develop and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the highest level of service availability.
  • Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews to drive process improvements.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and enhance CI/CD workflows, monitoring, and observability using IaC tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and platform engineers to promote reliability best practices.
Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Strong coding skills in languages such as Go, Python, Java, Rust, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments and expertise in infrastructure as code.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Go, Python, or Bash and experience with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills to provide technical guidance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience promoting SRE best practices and understanding microservices architecture.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF).
