Performance Testing Specialist

About Our Team:

We are a leading software company in the industry, with a strong presence globally. Our expertise spans technology, consulting, and business process services.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working with high-traffic, large-scale distributed systems, client-server architectures.

The successful candidate will also possess knowledge of performance analysis and testing processes, as well as hands-on experience with load testing tools like HP LoadRunner.

In addition, they should be familiar with monitoring tools such as Splunk, and other tools and frameworks like Fiddler, Dynatrace, JMeter, Hammer, Performance Center.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance tests to ensure optimal system performance
  • Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Three years' experience as a Performance Engineer or related role
  • One year of experience in software application development or test automation

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to application architecture, design, capacity planning, and application performance best practices
  • Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL), C, C++, C# or Java programming, and automated testing methodologies
