Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and reliable back-end systems.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have advanced AWS skills with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CDK) and proven cost optimization at scale.

  • Experience running high-traffic platforms with real-world debugging and performance tuning.
  • Strong backend expertise: Node.js, Python, modern database systems.
  • A product mindset—balancing speed vs. polish while keeping user experience top of mind.
  • 4+ years in software development (consumer products preferred).
  • Collaborative spirit, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and optimizing AWS infrastructure for resilience, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Engineering the backend that powers our platform—prioritizing speed and reliability.
  • Driving web performance optimization—debugging bottlenecks, fine-tuning APIs, managing caching, and delivering consistently fast experiences.
  • Taking ownership of uptime, infra budgets, SLAs, and monitoring alerts, working closely with DevOps and product leads.

Requirements
