Computer Systems Operations Specialist

As a Computer Systems Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of complex computer systems. You will work with cutting-edge technology to supervise and control intricate networks and applications.

You will perform batch operations as per service agreements, analyze first-level issues across systems, and resolve routing issues as appropriate. Additionally, you will develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring top-notch delivery to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 4-6 years of experience in Mainframe Operations. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to manage production operating system resource availability, and monitor production operating system and devices.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for performing root cause analysis, resolution, and escalation for production systems, executing recovery procedures for production operating systems and devices, and performing automated startup and shutdown of the production operating system.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Mainframe Operations.
