Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert leads for versatile online programs
  • Provide in-depth information to prospective learners through phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Update lead discussions and conversion on CRM Software
  • Meet and overachieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue and enrollment
  • Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong sales bent of mind
  • Approachable and vibrant personality
  • Ability to approach any situation with patience and strong empathy
  • Passion to deliver highest levels of customer service
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday
