Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Accounting Experience: Proven experience in accounting, with exposure to lease accounting or real estate accounting.
  • ASC 842 Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ASC 842 and lease accounting principles is essential for success in this role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets are required.
  • Lease Accounting Software: Familiarity with lease accounting software like Yardi, CoStar, or Lucernex is necessary for effective performance.
