We are seeking a Financial Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

This role involves the preparation of financial reports and books of accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of consolidated and standalone financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Review and issuance of financial statements in accordance with Indian accounting standards and Schedule III.
  • Compliance with SEBI LODR guidelines.
  • Data collection and preparation for RPT compliance.
  • Accounting for critical aspects such as ESOP, business combinations, trade deposits, etc.
  • Maintenance of high standards of accuracy in financial data representation and timely statutory financial reporting.
  • Review and approval of Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation at period-end.
  • Review of consolidated reports and analysis of key variances.
  • Assistance to internal and external auditors in resolving queries related to consolidation.
  • Recommendations for improving the consolidation process, reducing Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and enhancing reporting speed and efficiency.
  • Development of strong relationships with other working groups through a customer-centric and partnership approach.
  • Error-resolution performed to high standards within reasonable timeframes and with end-user satisfaction in mind.
  • Effective participation in the team and facilitation of building a strong team culture.
  • Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and coordination in physical verification of assets.
  • Working on lease accounting as per IND AS 116 and control of Lease asset schedule.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and regulations. A degree in finance or a related field is required, along with relevant experience in a similar role.
