Job Description:

We specialize in export management consultancy, GST & IGST refunds, RoDTEP, MCA & audit, internal export audits, subsidy advisory, ESOP management, certificate management, and web & digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead consultant across service lines: GST, IGST, exports, subsidy management, MCA compliance, and corporate consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or export/compliance industry.
  • Knowledge areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or international business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • Enthusiastic leader who is hungry for growth, detail-oriented, and passionate about building consulting excellence.
