Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned executive to join our Industrials Custom Solutions team. This role is integral to the success of our clients, enabling them to gain valuable insights and make informed decisions through data analysis and customized research.

The successful candidate will have expertise in delivering projects for global customers across various industries, including Construction, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Renewable Energy, Metal and Mining. They will work closely with senior business leaders to understand strategic challenges and opportunities, and develop actionable intelligence to inform client decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients and senior leaders to understand strategic choices and problem areas
  • Lead teams of experts in delivering end-to-end projects with minimal supervision
  • Analyze data, create business forecast models, and develop high-quality reports aligned with client requirements
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget as a team lead, responsible for initiating, planning, executing, tracking, predicting, and mitigating risks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert project management skills to deliver end-to-end projects
  • Leadership experience managing teams of experts
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with expertise in data mining and interpretation of macro-economic trends
  • In-depth understanding of Industrial Sectors such as Construction, Energy, Mining, and Automotive
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience delivering Industrial Consulting projects
