**Job Title:** Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather project requirements, set up and deliver assessments/simulations, reporting setup and delivery including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Collate scores for different tools to maintain a database.
  • Analyze scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
  • Create dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills to create insights from data.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with knowledge of text functions, math functions, statistical functions, information functions, multiple lookups, pivot tables, and creating charts.
  • Business communication skills, fluent in English language, and able to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas verbally, non-verbally, and in writing.
  • Flexibility, initiative-taking, accountability, collaborative approach, self-motivation, and a go-getter attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments (VUCA).

Skills:

  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of statistic functions like mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation.
  • Basic knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and R/Python.
