Job Title: Business Intelligence Scrum Master

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a highly skilled Business Intelligence Scrum Master. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching the team on best practices, and removing impediments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
  • Track and communicate team metrics to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Team, Business and Stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed backlog.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling. They will also be able to work closely with Team, Business and Stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
