Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned lifecycle marketing professional to lead a comprehensive HubSpot migration and optimization project for one of our high-growth clients.

About This Role

This is a project-based position that allows you to showcase your expertise in HubSpot while working with experienced CRM professionals, focusing on technical implementation and strategic guidance.

What We Are Looking For

HubSpot Mastery: 3+ years of hands-on experience with proven expertise in Marketing Hub Pro, Operations Hub Pro, and complex workflow automation.

Integration Expertise: Experience with HubSpot integrations, particularly Shopify, form builders, and CRM data migration across multiple instances.

Quality-Focused: A passion for flawless execution - someone who builds bulletproof workflows and catches errors before they happen.

Strategic Thinking: Not just executing tasks but identifying optimization opportunities and recommending improvements based on platform capabilities.

Agency Experience: Understanding of agency workflows, client communication, and delivering work that represents our brand professionally.

Project Scope & Timeline:

  • Strategic Implementation & Migration

Lead comprehensive HubSpot assessment and migration strategy across instances, consolidate contacts while maintaining data integrity and compliance, configure Marketing Hub Pro and Operations Hub Pro for automated lifecycle management.

Design and implement advanced lead scoring, attribution, and segmentation strategies.

  • Workflow Architecture & Automation

Build sophisticated multi-touch nurturing workflows and behavioral trigger campaigns, migrate existing Shopify email automations to HubSpot with enhanced functionality, develop cart abandonment, win-back, and customer lifecycle automation sequences.

Create dynamic content and personalization strategies across customer journeys.

  • Technical Configuration & Integration

Execute Shopify-HubSpot integration with seamless data flow and sync protocols, constant optimization of multi-step lead capture forms with conditional logic and dynamic content, establish automated data cleansing, deduplication, and contact management processes.

Set up advanced reporting frameworks and performance dashboards, optimize the platform for improved efficiency.

  • Optimization

Conduct platform audits and identify optimization opportunities, provide strategic recommendations for feature utilization and platform evolution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub Pro & Operations Hub Pro essential)
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Workflow Management, Operations Hub)
  • Experience with Shopify-HubSpot integrations and e-commerce automation workflows
  • Proven experience with multi-region CRM management
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot APIs and custom properties preferred but not essential.

Soft Skills

  • Agency or client services experience with project-based delivery
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with distributed teams

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Typeform or similar form builders
  • Multi-region CRM management experience

Working Arrangements

Australian business hours (AEST) preferred for overlap with client Communication: Slack, Figma, and regular video check-ins Project Management: Tasks managed through Slack lists and ClickUp Duration: Initial 6-8 week project with potential for ongoing monthly retainer.
