Senior Marketing Strategist

Job Description:

This role will drive strategic planning, execution, and oversight of Indian marketing programs for our division. You will work under the guidance of country sales leadership and marketing teams to build sales pipeline, nurture leads, and convert to orders. Responsibilities include devising and managing marketing programs and events, analyzing campaign performance, tracking results, and reporting on strategic marketing initiatives and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage day-to-day marketing activities across all channels and platforms.
  • Establish go-to-market strategies for our division, encompassing product launch, lead generation, experiential, and social media.
  • Track and drive marketing leads through the sales process, reporting status and results regularly.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with Sales Enablement.
  • Manage events and trade shows.
  • Research and recommend regional media partners and industry associations for digital marketing and sponsorships.
  • Support internal and external communications, driving exposure of our organization and key focus market segments.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in marketing with 5+ years experience in B2B marketing and communications.
  • Marketing campaign development and event management experience.
  • Digital marketing and social media marketing experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills at multiple levels of decision makers.
  • Well-developed organizing and time management skills.
