We are seeking an experienced Tax Strategist to develop and implement direct tax strategies that optimize our tax position while ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement direct tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and risks
  • Research, interpret, and apply relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Prepare and review direct tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission
  • Manage tax audits and coordinate responses and documentation for tax authorities
  • Advise internal teams on tax implications of business decisions and transactions
  • Monitor changes in direct tax laws and assess their business impact

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of direct tax laws and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience in tax planning, compliance, and handling tax audits
  • Strong research and analytical skills to interpret complex tax legislation
