Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned US Tax Manager to oversee our tax reporting and lead a team of professionals in ensuring accurate and compliant tax practices for annuity products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 associates to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate tax reports for annuity transactions, including premiums, payouts, and interest.
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations, including timely filing of 1099-R forms.
- Manage the tax treatment of death benefits and beneficiary payouts.
- Drive process improvements and support audit activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in tax reporting or financial operations, preferably in insurance or annuity.
