Marketing Automation Specialist

About the Position:

We're seeking a skilled marketing automation specialist to help drive our digital transformation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for leveraging technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Adobe Campaign v8, including data models, workflows, and multi-channel campaign execution (Email, SMS, Direct Mail).
  • Design and implement complex segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Integrate Adobe Campaign with Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM systems, and external systems via APIs and databases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign execution, delivery, and tracking issues.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and email marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a developer for Adobe Campaign v7/v8, with deep functional and technical understanding.
  • Strong understanding of Email marketing, CRM systems, and customer journey orchestration.
  • Preferred candidate should be Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Campaign.
  • Experience on channel configuration, including Email, SMS, and Direct Mail.
  • Working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), including Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and XML for customization and automation.
  • Strong integration expertise using API, Batch, CRM, and FDA for seamless data flow between systems.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template development.
  • Practical knowledge of Interaction Module and Message Centre for real-time and transactional messaging.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing operations and email deliverability best practices.
  • Exposure to other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
