
Sales Team Member

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member to join our in-store sales team. If you're passionate about pets and love helping people, this could be the perfect role for you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service skills.
- Understand customer needs and pitch suitable products and services, utilizing product knowledge to drive sales.
- Maintain store appearance and product displays, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Coordinate pet spa appointments and services, managing schedules and workflow efficiently.
- Process sales through our point-of-sale system and handle cash/card transactions accurately and securely.
- Stay informed about products, new arrivals, and promotions, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
- Assist in stock management and perform opening/closing duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with a passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teamwork and customer interactions.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
- Responsible, punctual, and a team player with basic computer knowledge.
