Process Developer - Invoice to Cash">

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Developer to join our team. As a Process Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making collection calls to customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests.
  • Understanding of all aspects of Cash allocation in accordance with customer remittances including deep validation experience and report out to business.
  • Cash Application Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.
  • Collaborating closely between all entities of AR (different entities) and keep track of all aged receivables including current ageing buckets.
  • Act as Subject Matter Specialist for the AR processes, complete know-how and understanding of the AR value chain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in Account Receivable processes, cash application preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical skills & highly proactive approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS-excel.
