Job Summary
This role will lead and manage a team responsible for the end-to-end Invoicing to Cash (I2C) process for a US-based client in the Semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will oversee core I2C processes, ensure daily operations are executed efficiently, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of professionals handling AR Invoicing/Billing, Cash Application & Bank Reconciliation, Dispute & Deductions, Claims Validation & Processing, Collections & Follow-ups, Credit Risk Review
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of daily operations
- Act as primary point of contact for client-related matters
- Conduct regular governance meetings and provide performance updates to client stakeholders
- Address escalations, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor performance against SLA/KPI targets and ensure team productivity and quality benchmarks are met
- Prepare and present regular dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting packs
- Drive root cause analysis and preventive action planning for process issues
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and quality improvement
- Ensure process documentation is up to date and adhered to
- Support audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance with company policies
- Support client's Oracle ERP migration from Day 1 by leading and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant years of experience in Order to Cash/Invoice to Cash domain, with at least 3-5 years in managerial or team leadership role
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Collections, Credit Management, and Dispute Resolution
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with accountability for SLA management and operational delivery
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion/EBS), ERP implementation experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
