**Job Title:** Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced program manager with strong expertise in data analytics, visualization dashboard development, and database management, preferably within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program management for pharma data analytics initiatives
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and ensure project milestones are achieved

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data analytics, business, or related field; MBA or master's preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, data analytics, or BI solutions
  • Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with databases
