Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Agile expert to lead our project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Scrum Master roles and be well-versed in Agile principles and practices.

Key responsibilities include conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist the team in understanding and implementing Agile methodologies.

The successful candidate will also identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, monitor the team's progress, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Furthermore, the chosen candidate will utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to track and visualize team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery;
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English.
