Senior Agile Project Manager

This role involves overseeing and guiding agile software development projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of software products that meet or exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment by leading and motivating agile development teams. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
- Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Execute projects according to Agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes. Ensure that software products meet or exceed quality expectations.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations. Ensure transparency and alignment among team members and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams. Implement Agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.
