International Client Support Specialist

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our international clients.
- Utilizing excellent communication skills, you will interact with customers via phone, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Through active listening and probing questions, you will understand customer needs and provide accurate information on products and services.
- Opportunities for upselling will be actively pursued, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a customer service and sales role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems.
