We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant to support our enterprise application environment with a strong focus on data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of AX modules and be proficient in SQL development.

  • Understand and support all core Dynamics AX modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory Management (IM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Projects.
  • Work independently to debug existing AX customizations, trace and understand business logic in X++ and SQL, extract and transform data from Microsoft SQL Server, write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and migration, perform pre- and post-validation to ensure data quality, and create documentation for SQL processes, data mappings, and validation steps.

Responsibilities include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, strong knowledge of X++ development and AX architecture, proficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimization, experience with data migration, transformation, and validation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing scripts, solid understanding of stored procedures, triggers, and functions, knowledge of data conversion best practices, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and familiarity with other database systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
