Assistant Manager Finance Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in hotel/resort finance operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Finance to lead and elevate our Finance Department in Pondicherry and Madikeri.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee Accounts, Credit, and overall finance operations.
    • Ensure timely statutory and legal compliance.
    • Manage budgets, fund allocations, and cost control.
    • Generate and monitor cash flow, MIS, P&L, and balance sheet reports.
    • Liaise with banks and financial institutions.
    • Train and evaluate finance staff.
    • Conduct departmental meetings and implement SOPs.
    • Prepare annual budgets and monitor contractor services.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • 6–8 years of hotel/resort finance experience.
    • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
    • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
