Job Title: Associate - HNI & Individual Giving Fundraising

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our HNI and individual giving fundraising efforts. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with high-value donors, alumni, and influential networks to mobilize substantial funding support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from HNIs, alumni, and philanthropists.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of HNI and potential donor prospects using wealth intelligence tools and personal networks.
  • Create and track target-based fundraising goals, reporting progress through donor engagement and donation metrics.
  • Design and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to secure donations.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to create impactful presentations, events, and experiences for prospects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to achieve fundraising goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HNI and CSR fundraising in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual - Tamil/English).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of current trends in CSR, philanthropy, and HNI donor behaviors.
