Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead the finance operations of our organization in India.

This role provides high visibility and ownership across financial reporting, compliance, ERP implementation, and alignment with regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Statutory Compliance: Oversee statutory compliance, internal audits, and financial controls in line with Indian regulations and group standards.
  • ERP Implementation: Oversee the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of ERP systems.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and consolidate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regional teams.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency across the entity.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Cross-Border Projects: Support cross-border finance projects, policy rollouts, and regional reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, ACCA, or CPA required.
  • Experience: 6–9 years of finance experience, with proven ability to manage reporting, compliance, and ERP projects; prior team supervision a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of IFRS, Indian tax laws, and ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
