Financial Operations Specialist

Seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day financial tasks, ensure compliance, and provide timely reporting in the real estate and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank statement reconciliations.
  • Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
  • Prepare and file RERA quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor vendor payments, client receipts, and ensure timely settlements.
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
  • 2–5 years of financial experience in real estate / construction.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with RERA submissions and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
