The Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads campaigns for our fashion and e-commerce clients. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with client teams to understand their unique goals and develop data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Create and implement bespoke performance marketing plans for assigned fashion and e-commerce clients across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and competitor analysis to identify key target segments and inform campaign strategies.
- Develop engaging ad creatives (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform's specifications.
- Utilize A/B testing methodologies to continuously refine ad copy, landing pages, and targeting for maximum impact.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) and generate insightful reports to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms to ensure our clients leverage the most effective strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with client teams, providing clear communication and transparent reporting.
- Manage client budgets efficiently to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in D2C performance marketing with a proven track record of success in scaling fashion and/or e-commerce brands.
- Must have Agency experience in the past working on various brands 2-3 Years.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads platforms, including campaign setup, targeting options, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modelling across platforms.
- A deep understanding of the D2C e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior within the fashion industry.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- A passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of digital advertising.
