Job Summary

A key contributor to our technology team will be responsible for ensuring effective monitoring of batch cycles, resolving incidents and problems in a timely manner, and contributing to improvements in processes and automations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client ecosystem and its various components.
  • Monitor and resolve issues within defined SLAs to ensure seamless operation.
  • Translate functional/non-functional requirements into system requirements that meet the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Design and code complex programs using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Develop test cases and scenarios based on specifications to ensure thorough testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends to maintain technical expertise.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Take ownership of various correspondences end-to-end to ensure timely completion.
  • Train team members on technical and functional aspects to enhance their skills.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in software development or IT.
  • Good knowledge of design principles and architecture fundamentals, including software design patterns and data structures.
  • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and integration experience, as well as awareness of the latest technologies and trends.
