Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Banking Relationship Specialist to provide financial solutions that meet the evolving needs of business banking customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and acquiring new business banking clients with a thorough understanding of credit assessment principles.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, including liability management, foreign exchange, trade finance, and client relationship development.
  • Effectively managing client portfolios through regular account monitoring, renewal strategies, and ensuring portfolio hygiene with minimal open deferrals and covenants.
  • Building strong relationships with branch banking teams for cross-leveraging and synergy optimization within the bank's ecosystem.
  • Evaluating growth opportunities based on competitor analysis and customer feedback from various channels.
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
  • Developing sales plans and conceptualizing promotional initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
