Job Title: Assistant Manager

We have a significant portfolio of business and IT parks, industrial, lodging, and logistics properties across several key cities.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor portfolio performance to provide regular reports to the investment committee.
- Track project performance against underwriting assumptions, including financial model updates and interactions with city teams.
- Prepare approval papers for the board and contribute to annual budgets and forecasts.
- Support the launch of new private funds by preparing financial models and presentations.
- Draft investment committee papers to present opportunities to the board and investment committee.
- Prepare management reports and board materials for presentation.
- CA/ CFA / MBA in Finance
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to deliver results and motivate teams.
- Fluent oral and written communication
- Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player with problem-solving skills
- Good presentation and analytical skills, with strong networking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
