Lead Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Executive Director to oversee a large team of professionals focused on serving Banking and Finance clients in the Data & AI space.

The ideal candidate will bring strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management along with proven experience in delivering complex Management Consulting / Solutioning services to Banking and Finance clients.

  • Job Description:
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector.
  • Manage and lead a large team of resources ensuring timely delivery, P&L management, and quality standards.
  • E nsure effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes are in place for all projects.
  • Continuously monitor and improve delivery processes and methodologies to drive operational efficiency.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
  • 18+ years of experience in IT services/Management Consulting with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio over $10-15 million USD in the Banking and Finance domain focusing on Data & AI service offerings.
  • Experience in managing Large teams of professionals across multiple locations.
  • Strong expertise in Banking and Finance stakeholder management and delivery.
  • Prior experience Sales and business development including successful client engagements.
