Lead Financial Advisor

 

The Lead Financial Advisor is responsible for leading a team of financial advisors in managing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios.

This role requires a strong personal network, deep product knowledge, and a track record of building long-term client relationships while delivering consistent revenue and asset growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Acquire, nurture, and grow relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, and senior professionals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs.
    • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
  • Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve assets under management and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
    • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the wealth management and third-party product suite.
    • Leverage existing relationships to grow client base through referrals and networking.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices.
  • Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Post Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 12–18 years of experience in wealth management/private banking with a reputable organization.
  • Proven individual contributor track record of managing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Established network of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
  • High integrity with a client-first mindset.
