Global Client Liaison Specialist

This is a global role that requires managing and maintaining a client database, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for leadership team members.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients before and after meetings to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations to support client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service and support.
- Track and monitor client communications, follow-ups, and next steps to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide regular reporting on client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations.
- 3–6 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or executive coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work across different time zones and cultures to provide global support.
- Experience with CRM tools, calendar management, and other productivity software.
- Flexibility to travel internationally when required to support business objectives.
