**Key Responsibilities**

As a Business Development Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Scanning and monitoring multiple tender portals, industry platforms, and marketplaces to identify high potential business opportunities;
  • Accurately capturing and inputting detailed tender and lead information into our ERP system;
  • Assessing identified leads using predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our company's capabilities, strategic focus areas, and long-term goals;
  • Participating in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to represent our company's offerings and gather critical feedback;
  • Maintaining meticulous and current records of all lead generation activities, qualification efforts, client interactions, and outcomes in designated systems;

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 0-1 years of experience in a business development or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment.
