We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our customer support team. As Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

  • You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our Private Equity Team to gather and structure intel and feedback from customers, which will be used by the entire organization to improve our product and develop new features.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth company and contribute to the development of our Customer Success team. You will have the freedom to shape your role and grow within the company, with opportunities to develop into roles in our Sales and Marketing teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. A strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure are also essential.

Requirements

To apply for this role, you should have:

  • Relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the PE/M&A industry, with at least 4 years of experience.
  • A graduation from any stream.
  • A customer-centric approach and a value-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have skills include experience with customer-centric approaches, experience within a high-growth scale-up, and experience within the PE/M&A industry.
