Job Title: International Voice Process

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our international customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional communication skills and experience in B2B as well as B2C international customer service domain.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing effective coordination with Australian customers/stakeholders and fiber order management.
  • Serving as the single point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
  • Accurately checking feasibility and product selection using client tools, ensuring adherence to client standards and guidelines.
  • Maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status, generating daily dashboards, and updating customers as per agreed processes.
  • Ensuring 100% quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.

You Will Need:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in international call center operations (Australian English).
  • Order management knowledge is preferred.
