ServiceNow Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications, integrate the ServiceNow platform with other systems, troubleshoot and debug ServiceNow applications, collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements, and work with IT professionals to deploy and maintain ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Integration: Integrate the ServiceNow platform with other systems to provide seamless workflows and data exchange.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug ServiceNow applications to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and work with IT professionals to deploy and maintain ServiceNow applications.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its various components.
  • Script-Based Components: Expertise in script-based ServiceNow components, including business rules, client scripts, UI pages, UI actions, workflows, etc.
  • Technical Skills: Strong JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL skills.
  • ITIL Service Operation Processes: Good understanding of ITIL service operation processes.
  • API Integrations: Experience with API integrations.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • ServiceNow ITSM Modules: Experience developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules.
  • ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer) preferred but not mandatory.
