Executive Leader for Business Growth

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our core business and financial functions. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and oversee financial operations across various departments.
Main Responsibilities:- Business Finance: Develop and implement plans for revenue growth, cost management, and team performance.
- FP&A & Controls: Own the development of financial models, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit, and cross-entity finance operations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including IRDAI, RBI, Company Law, and Labour Law.
- Investor Relations: Present financial information, support fundraising efforts, and handle due diligence processes.
- Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, driving growth and success.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, influencing decisions that shape the company's trajectory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in business finance and financial control.
- Strong understanding of regulated sectors, including insurance, NBFC, fintech, and healthtech.
- Proven track record of leadership in managing external partners and internal controls.
- Able to develop board-level reporting, financial storytelling, and budgeting.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Candidates must hold a CA certification.
