Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vendor relationships for CRM platforms, ensuring timely feature rollouts and operational issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within consumer tech or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping principles.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign reporting and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools, such as Clevertap, MoEngage, and Branch.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments.
