Technical Lead

Lead the implementation of wireless communication systems to ensure timely delivery and high quality results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in wireless communication systems, including 5G RAN, baseband SW, and related technologies.">
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production specialists to resolve technical escalations and improve process delivery.">
  • Oversee daily performance of production specialists, review transactional data, and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.">
  • Identify and document common problems and recommend resolutions to the team, ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service levels.">
  • Mentor and guide production specialists on improving technical knowledge and capability development, aligning with organizational objectives.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop training plans to bridge those gaps, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.">
  • Document and analyze call logs to spot trends and prevent future problems, identifying areas for process improvement and recommending changes as needed.">
