Senior Payroll Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collecting timesheet data, payroll information, and other relevant details from various sources.
- Entering data into payroll and administrative databases, as well as software programs, to ensure seamless integration and efficient processing.
- Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing and processing paychecks, cash deposits, and other financial transactions with precision and speed.
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Performing payroll reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes, providing valuable insights and analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations through accurate e-TDS filing and form no.16 submissions.
- Termination payments calculation with Annual Leave, Long Service Leave, and Redundancy payment accuracy.

Requirements:- 4-6 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an MBA.
- Good communication skills (oral & written) with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Skills:- Documentation and excel skills with proficiency in spreadsheet software.
- Proficiency with payroll software, including advanced features and functionality.
- Reliability, honesty, and integrity in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work based on shift timings with flexibility and adaptability.
- Multi-country payroll and taxation knowledge with expertise in regulatory requirements.
