We are seeking a sales professional who can drive business growth while ensuring our customers receive exceptional support at every stage.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting new sales opportunities, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and handling inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism.
- Provide timely support and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.

Requirements:
