About the Role:
As a seasoned Inside Sales Professional, you will be an integral part of our sales team based in Hyderabad, India. Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture sales pipelines through outbound channels, driving revenue growth and supporting the company's business objectives. You will be expected to prospect and engage with potential customers, conduct thorough research to understand their needs, and position Darwinbox as a solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to identify and engage with potential customers.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research to gather information about prospects and understand their pain points.
- Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads through multiple touchpoints to educate them about Darwinbox's value proposition and build relationships.
- Value Demonstrations: Collaborate with sales to schedule product demos for qualified leads.
- CRM Hygiene Management: Enter accurate and up-to-date information about leads, activities, and interactions into the CRM.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS inside sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects
- Passion for sales and drive to exceed targets
- Ability to handle rejection and persist in pursuing leads
