Sales Development Representative

At Gamut HR Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining Client Relationships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales Opportunity Identification
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, emailing, and other digital channels, leveraging the company's product features and benefits.
- Product Knowledge
Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, enabling the ability to advise customers on suitable selections based on their needs and specifications.
- Logistics and Delivery
- Customer Support
Maintain open communication with customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring timely delivery of ordered products and addressing any queries or concerns.
